Basic Android controls - how do i set jump on screen touch?

Please help me,

I have just downloaded the android exported
cant seem to find any good tutorials on how to use click team with use on apps

I want to make my character jump when the player clicks the screen?

also the Multi click on object function don't seem to work am I doing something wrong?

Help appreciated thanks!

Follow tutorials on a Platform Object, then instead using SPACE to jump, use "When user clicks with left button". The mouse left button is mapped to touch in Android.
This should get you started. Later on find tutorials on "Multitouch Object" and use that.

thanks for the reply ill check it out, how do i set when uses clicks to jump tho?
I always tried setting when user clicks but could never see how to link it to the jump function

You'll need to give some more detailed information.

For example - what are you using to control the hero's movement? The default Platform movement (not recommended, it's very buggy)? The Platform Movement extension? A custom event-based movement system?

well its for a runner so the player is always at x and dont move, all it needs to do is jump
