Anyone else getting a lot of Crash Reports?

Welcome to our brand new Clickteam Community Hub! We hope you will enjoy using the new features, which we will be further expanding in the coming months.

A few features including Passport are unavailable initially whilst we monitor stability of the new platform, we hope to bring these online very soon. Small issues will crop up following the import from our old system, including some message formatting, translation accuracy and other things.

  • With API 25 I have 1000's of crash reports after I updated all my apps.
    Mostly with Android 7 and then 5 and 6

    Opened several bug reports.
    idk. If I should go back to API 23/24

    Anyone else checked their apps and seen an increase in crashes?


    Also with some Apps I see in the Google settings

  • I'm at api 24 latest beta build, min target 4.1..... with Ironsource and GPG leaderboard plugins..
    i got 18,000 crashes in 20 days, at around 140k installs. Hope they'll look at it if there's an issue

  • Glad I am not the only one then.
    What is you min and target setting ? and do you see what OS they are all using? is it all Android 7 ?

    Guess I only found out, since my Admob went down a whopping 90% in revenue..

  • got 20,000 crashes already...
    10,000+ crash from java.lang.IllegalStateException
    I just found out about this issue when you posted, I'm hoping for a fix asap, I will be updating the game before friday...

    5000+ crashes coming from android 6.0
    I use build api 24 latest devbeta, min android 4.1, target android 5.0
    yeah revenue's going down on my end as well, this is an urgent matter :O

  • Thanks WPD , only missing is the runtime version build number which allow me to see which code you are using, since in latest version a change was done to correct these potential crash in some devices

  • Lots of crashes here too, with latest version on Steam:

    Build API: 25, OpenGL ES 2.0

    Paid game, and I can see lots of refunds - related to this?
