How I can create cloud leaderboard for many players on PC/Web?

Welcome to our brand new Clickteam Community Hub! We hope you will enjoy using the new features, which we will be further expanding in the coming months.

A few features including Passport are unavailable initially whilst we monitor stability of the new platform, we hope to bring these online very soon. Small issues will crop up following the import from our old system, including some message formatting, translation accuracy and other things.

Thank you for your patience whilst we've worked on this and we look forward to more exciting community developments soon!

  • Erm..... I think you can do that already?!

There are many (some free) places out there that offer this.... Here is a link to a few: Please login to see this link.

However as far as I know all a cloud leaderboard is, is a place on the net that stores information.....whatever that may be.
So there is nothing stopping you from having your own server, or if you dont want to run a server, then get a good web host, and then writing a save/load routine that will save the games data to that server/site and load from it when requested.

(A bit like saving info to the local drive using ini etc etc.)

On the Advanced tab there is a tutorial for "Online scores using PHP/mySQL". It will show you how to create an online database and read/write to it using the GET object.
