Help with migrating extension to new computer

Welcome to our brand new Clickteam Community Hub! We hope you will enjoy using the new features, which we will be further expanding in the coming months.

A few features including Passport are unavailable initially whilst we monitor stability of the new platform, we hope to bring these online very soon. Small issues will crop up following the import from our old system, including some message formatting, translation accuracy and other things.

Thank you for your patience whilst we've worked on this and we look forward to more exciting community developments soon!

  • I've built a new computer and am in the process of migrating over. Can I just copy the "extensions" and "Data\Runtime" folders to the new install of MMF2 to avoid having to reinstall all of them?
Wanted to ask before I screw up my fresh install of MMF2.5 Developer... Same question for MMF2.0 as well.

    Thanks

I see this was asked in 2011 but does it still hold true?

  • Yes, it remains true. Although there is potential for some extensions to break (missing external runtime files).
