Will there be an Admob update for that Europe Consent?
Welcome to our brand new Clickteam Community Hub! We hope you will enjoy using the new features, which we will be further expanding in the coming months.
A few features including Passport are unavailable initially whilst we monitor stability of the new platform, we hope to bring these online very soon. Small issues will crop up following the import from our old system, including some message formatting, translation accuracy and other things.
Thank you for your patience whilst we've worked on this and we look forward to more exciting community developments soon!

There is another question i have: isnt it so that i have to show consent to everybody? Because the gdpr law applies to eu members, and not only to people in the eu. So for example if somebody has eu documents but is in us or asia, the law also applies to him, that would mean its more safe to simple show consent to everybody because how can you even know who is eu member and where they are in the world? :oX)
Or do i misunderstand this? Does anybody know?
-
oh so far the Eu consnet is for the European Economy Area.
but yes now thepolicy URL is a mustt you may use the android dialog to show you policy and make the user accept save in preferences and keep it.
One important thing is that user can change mind at any time and therefore can show again teh form/policy and be agree or disagree.

I really Don't understand that new thing, Google Don't ask me to update anything regarding this stupid new law, and my app is still working with ads, so am i missing Something? There is a delay to add this consentment or it's Something optionnal?
-
How about if you only use non-personalized ads? Will the update to the Admob object also be able to be used for this?
-
yes it should, juts don't do the EU request
-
Okay, thanks Fernando!

Please, can someone explain this tome? -
Google will not ask you for anything.
it will be in the new admob version where this is implemented.I agree you don't see many apps yet, but ALL those people need to update their apps sooner or later.
idk what Europe will do if you don't ask for consent down the road.. I don't live there anymore, so hard to say for me. -

I Don't find anything for this consent in the Admob object, it's not available yet?

It's being tested
-
I read that the consent documentation must be kept as a date and time, what can I use for this?
-
you have the GDPR object for this, and then you save this info in a preference,
-
sorry, but how do you save this info in preferences?
-
check android plus object there you may save the preference you need
-
I had seen this action in the Android plus object, but I was wondering where these preferences were saved and how? I was hoping that this documentation would be saved on the Admob account as soon as the user gives consent, perhaps through the admob object or gdpr. from what I read in the guidelines of the sites on the privacy policy they do not speak of this data saving, perhaps it is more reported to those who collect personal data. if a child under 13 signs in, will consent be presented to his legal guardian who monitors it through his google account?
