I left 1 scene and tried to fill it and received the same warning, deleted the admob and everything went well.

I tried to update my other application today, I got the same error.

I check your apk the admob version does not correspond to version 291.6, I will make an update via Extension Manager and let you know when to update.
But this will not solve what they see, they see that you are trying to sale something (see you cart), but not code is inside since they don't see code it at least for this, they are asking the billing permission which is added when you add the inApp object which is not used it in the application.

so the point is that I create a clean scene I put a single admob file there for verification and I get an error just on a new empty scene with one admob file
