remote launcher could not connect

Welcome to our brand new Clickteam Community Hub! We hope you will enjoy using the new features, which we will be further expanding in the coming months.

A few features including Passport are unavailable initially whilst we monitor stability of the new platform, we hope to bring these online very soon. Small issues will crop up following the import from our old system, including some message formatting, translation accuracy and other things.

    Hi,
    with the last build (292.26), when i try to make ctrl+f8 to run an html5 app directly from fusion, i have a window that ask me to go to the address of html5launcher with my IP. when i give my Ip adress, it could not connect to it.
    Have you this problem too ?

    i have this windows too. But at last, it doesn't open a browser and ask me to go to "Please login to see this link." with the IP it gave to me. When i enter this IP, it said that it couldn't access to this IP. So i can't test quickly anything...
    The only change i made is an internet box that i changed.

    Thanks to Yves for the solution : i check "Run over wifi" option. Uncheck this solve the problem.
