What're people using as a hardware 'host' for the games they've made?

Welcome to our brand new Clickteam Community Hub! We hope you will enjoy using the new features, which we will be further expanding in the coming months.

A few features including Passport are unavailable initially whilst we monitor stability of the new platform, we hope to bring these online very soon. Small issues will crop up following the import from our old system, including some message formatting, translation accuracy and other things.

Thank you for your patience whilst we've worked on this and we look forward to more exciting community developments soon!

  • Hello all, it has been a while. Rest assured, I've been happily clicking these intervening years. :)

Just interested to hear what people use to run the games they've made in Fusion? To clarify, just talking about where you run the completed games: Not your 'development environment' machine.

I've used Android on phones, tablets, Windows XP, Windows 7 and Windows 10 machines. I know about the various exporters.

In terms of reason for my question, aside from just my interest:

In a perfect world, I'd like some sort of single-board computer that'd be able to run some sort of minimal OS that is fast to boot, direct to the game, for use in a straight to TV console/arcade cabinet. I don't lean heavily on extensions, but I do tend to use the Viewport and ideally would like to be able to use Shaders.

    Thanks in advance folks. :)
