Need help with active clipping through obstacles with platform movement object

Welcome to our brand new Clickteam Community Hub! We hope you will enjoy using the new features, which we will be further expanding in the coming months.

A few features including Passport are unavailable initially whilst we monitor stability of the new platform, we hope to bring these online very soon. Small issues will crop up following the import from our old system, including some message formatting, translation accuracy and other things.

  • It is for a game jam so I need a solution kinda quick.
    I'm not sure why this is happening, but it also seems to happen with the built-in clickteam platform.

  • Check the hotspot (the origin of an image) of the player sprite. Between the Stopped & Walking animation, it varies in position causing the bug.
    You can change hotspots by clicking the eye icon under the "A" for writing text. You can change all hotspots currently visible in the frames list by holding alt while clicking on hotspot UI/buttons.

    I would also recommend using an invisible "hitbox" active which is just a rectangle. Using a sprite with animations that changes a lot will make objects clip into walls regardless of hotspots.
