Another Could not find or use auto-linked framework 'FBLPromises'

Hello. I having the auto-linked framework issue for the Promises package. Any other ideas of what I can try? Thank you!

I've tried following the other post with this same issue.
You'll notice my JavaScript and Promises are at the top as I've reimported them to be sure.
I've also tried Target Versions 9.3 and 8 (There was no 9.0 option).

I have added GADApplicationIdentifier and SKAdNetworkItems using the steps from the Google help file for importing manually.
The GAD ID was replaced using my own ID.

-ObjC was entered in the Other Linker section

I am specifically getting this in debug:
ld: warning: Could not find or use auto-linked framework 'FBLPromises'
Undefined symbols for architecture x86_64:
"_OBJC_CLASS_$_ATTrackingManager", referenced from:
objc-class-ref in CRunAdMob.o
ld: symbol(s) not found for architecture x86_64
clang: error: linker command failed with exit code 1 (use -v to see invocation)

I believe I have add them all correctly. I tried the latest Admob frameworks and my old Admob frameworks (from successfully published apps 2 months ago). No success.
