Install Creator Pro has not been completely installed error

Welcome to our brand new Clickteam Community Hub! We hope you will enjoy using the new features, which we will be further expanding in the coming months.

A few features including Passport are unavailable initially whilst we monitor stability of the new platform, we hope to bring these online very soon. Small issues will crop up following the import from our old system, including some message formatting, translation accuracy and other things.

    I have installed the registered version of Install Creator pro by entering my registration code. there was no problem with the installation but I get the following error when I try to open it.

    It says ;
    This program has not been completely installed and cannot
    run correctly until it is re-installed.

    I have tried to uninstall and install it many times but it did not work.
