support ticket how long?

Welcome to our brand new Clickteam Community Hub! We hope you will enjoy using the new features, which we will be further expanding in the coming months.

A few features including Passport are unavailable initially whilst we monitor stability of the new platform, we hope to bring these online very soon. Small issues will crop up following the import from our old system, including some message formatting, translation accuracy and other things.

  • The issue is that I uninstalled Fusion 2.5 from 2 computers and want to install Fusion on
    2 new computers. On the first one it succeeded but on the second one I reached the maximum
    of install so I made a support ticket for that subject. Filled in the form, got an automatic no reply answer
    in 2 minutes and that's all. Years ago you could ask Yves or Francois by pm but that's not possible anymore.
    So I'm waiting for more than a week now.

    I actually had this issue myself and had to create another ticket. Never got any response on the first one.
