Android Studio and then?

Welcome to our brand new Clickteam Community Hub! We hope you will enjoy using the new features, which we will be further expanding in the coming months.

A few features including Passport are unavailable initially whilst we monitor stability of the new platform, we hope to bring these online very soon. Small issues will crop up following the import from our old system, including some message formatting, translation accuracy and other things.

Thank you for your patience whilst we've worked on this and we look forward to more exciting community developments soon!

  • What do you mean launch SDK?

Are you trying to setup Fusion to build an .apk / app bundle, or are you trying to do that through Android Studio?

If you're using Fusion then your next step is just to point Fusion to the installation folder under Tools: Preferences: Fill in path name for the SDK directory

It will be something like this: C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Local\Android\Sdk

  • Yes, you need Java (JRE). If you don't have it installed from years ago then:

Pointing to the JRE in Android studio seems to be hit and miss at the moment.

A workaround is to download Java 11 (choose the Windows x64 installer and run it - it will do the rest) Please login to see this link..

And then fill in the directory under Tools-preferences: C:\Program Files\Java\jdk-11
