Clickteam develop complete extension package. Where?

Welcome to our brand new Clickteam Community Hub! We hope you will enjoy using the new features, which we will be further expanding in the coming months.

A few features including Passport are unavailable initially whilst we monitor stability of the new platform, we hope to bring these online very soon. Small issues will crop up following the import from our old system, including some message formatting, translation accuracy and other things.

Thank you for your patience whilst we've worked on this and we look forward to more exciting community developments soon!

Clickteam.
  • I recently installed Clickteam Fusion Developer on Windows 11. Obviously, the first installation asks you to install the missing extensions, when opening the work in progress, such as StringParser.mfx, which is not present in the extension manager. I re-downloaded the MMF2ExtPack1.exe Please login to see this link. but it gives me the following error:

Please login to see this attachment.

even if CTF 2.5 DEV is installed correctly.

I no longer have the archive of extensions that I had previously collected.

Is there a link where I can download all at once the complete working package of all the extensions.mfx and all the effects.fx made so far? (Obviously the open source ones, the paid ones I know I have to download from the store).

  • Check Installation Directory against the Error Message.
I know I had an error like this as my First Install showed "Clickteam Fusion Developer 2.5" and another was "Fusion 2.5". Which I have no clue how the Fusion 2.5 was even created but it caused issues.
Also, I am not sure about the contents of that pack but you can get a ton of fusion extensions here...
Please login to see this link.

Obviously, you have to install them on your own.

Those extension pack installers are from the MMF2 era, so they won't install without MMF2 being present on your machine. Nowadays, the extensions from these packs can be found in Fusion 2.5's Extension manager. You can use that to search for and install the ones you need.

I also reinstalled fusion 2.5, I needed the parser.mfx for a program but it wasn't in the Extension manager.

That's the String Parser object. It should be there in the Extension Manager. It looks like this:

If it's not there for some reason, you can get it manually from the dark-wire link VBEinc shared above.

I found the stringparser on my old computer, it realy wasn't in the extensionmanager.
I also went to the dark wire site but how do you download an extension?

  • -Find the extension you want in the list
-Click the download link in the rightmost column, or right-click and "save link as"
    -Open the downloaded ZIP file
-Copy its contents to your Fusion folder (eg. C:\Clickteam Fusion 2.5), making sure files go to the same subfolders as the ones they're inside in the zip (eg C:\Clickteam Fusion 2.5\Extensions\Unicode)
    -Restart Fusion

Also, this is most likely a stupid comment, so apologies in advance, but just checking that you're not mixing up the Frame Editor's Create New Object dialog with the Extension Manager (I've made that mistake on occasion). The former shows just your installed extensions, while the latter shows the entire extension library. To get to the latter, you click the "Manager" button as shown below
