Build 295.10 - Release Version

Welcome to our brand new Clickteam Community Hub! We hope you will enjoy using the new features, which we will be further expanding in the coming months.

A few features including Passport are unavailable initially whilst we monitor stability of the new platform, we hope to bring these online very soon. Small issues will crop up following the import from our old system, including some message formatting, translation accuracy and other things.

Thank you for your patience whilst we've worked on this and we look forward to more exciting community developments soon!

Clickteam.
  • If you replace an object that has a qualifier with that qualifier from event editor via the replace object feature and you got a create at action there it would replace it there too, of course it doesn't make sense to create a qualifier, thought it would crash the app but it actually just doesn't create anything

EDIT: Same thing happens when dragging the icon of a qualifier from another event to the Create At action's icon

  • Thanks for the update! seems like it contains some important fixes especially regarding iOS runtime, the array Unicode fix is especially appreciated because it was heavily limiting me :D

Is there a reason special actions get displayed as icons when the settings are configured to not use icons in the event list editor?
I also think it would be beneficial to include a toggle to hide "Insert action here" for parent events that have no actions when they also have child events. (to make it easier to look at)

made some mock ups, hopefully someday...

I agree this would be nice to have. (edit - I just realised that I misread Tyrexchip's post, and we were talking about two different things. Tyrexchip was talking about the blank action, while I'm talking about the blank condition) I've always found those multiple "New Condition" lines a bit distracting. Especially if you have several nested levels of child events - then the "New Condition" lines really pile up and start to dominate. Personally, I'd like the option to remove the "New Condition" lines from regular events too.
When you use lots of nested groups (which is pretty essential in large projects) they can really pile up, and many of us probably use hotkeys or copy+paste to make new events anyway. I mean, in the screenshot below (taken from my actual MFA) all these New Condition lines aren't exactly helpful, even though I know they're trying to be. I'm certainly not ever going to click on any of them - God only knows which one leads where! X)

I'm guessing that this might not be simple to implement since they have their own line numbers, so removing them would perhaps mess up Fusion's internal indexing of events. If that's the case, I personally would be ok for the numbers to remain unchanged, and for those numbers to just 'go missing', rather than line numbers remaining sequential. So the above example would become this (with #5594 jumping straight to #5600 for instance):

Admittedly, the above example looks a bit odd, with the two events floating and a bit disjointed. So perhaps the "New condition" lines could be replaced with something, for example a 1-pixel line (using an appropriate existing skin color). So the above could then look something like this:

Not ideal, but better. And still much more readable than the first example.

Hi, I found a problem with the Sub-app.
Basically, you can't position it at certain coordinates, Also if the monitor resolution changes, it doesn't scale to fit the new resolution and position XY.
Try changing monitors with different resolutions to better observe the issue.
    I have attached an example.

Even the "Follow the frame" option doesn't seem to make any difference.

  • Hey Yves. Hope you get better soon. Stay healthy. ❤️*🩹

I'll just leave a bug report in this thread.

Actually, I made this example to demonstrate another bug, but I noticed another bug, which I will report here already.
When moving to frame number 2, strings are not displayed correctly. They become the same size and use the wrong font. I have shown in the screenshot how the text looks in the frame editor, and how it is at run time.
