Optimise events option doesn't respect action order for global values.
It was a different issue, an extremely rare bug, not related to global values.
Also did you see this forum post? Is it possible/simple to add mipmap support for DX11 it would make a lot of shaders look much better. I've always wondered why fusions bloom/blur shaders don't look as good as bloom/blur shaders in other game engines.
