Build 295.10 - Release Version

Welcome to our brand new Clickteam Community Hub! We hope you will enjoy using the new features, which we will be further expanding in the coming months.

A few features including Passport are unavailable initially whilst we monitor stability of the new platform, we hope to bring these online very soon. Small issues will crop up following the import from our old system, including some message formatting, translation accuracy and other things.

Thank you for your patience whilst we've worked on this and we look forward to more exciting community developments soon!

  • it would be useful to have the possibility to rename a qualifier or - even better - create a new one. That way we could give a meaningful description and icon depending on the purpose.

    With CF2.5+, you can name qualifiers and change their icons. The number of qualifiers is limited, though, due to how the runtime stores which objects are in them.

  • Heyo, there seems to be an issue with certain shaders on the RTX 3060 and RTX 3070 (Ti) graphics cards.

    It looks like this:Please login to see this attachment. That blinky one there in the corner shouldn't be blinking.

    Sometimes it doesn't fully disappear but gets stripes or a checker type pattern, depending on the system/GPU.

  • There are also two issues with the Tile Map object. Is it Clickteam or Looki who is supporting the object?

    • Massive slow down when using two or more TileMapViewPort objects. This has been solved by Azarl, but is not committed to the official branch.

    It seems the second issue is with the Tiled map loader object, not the Tile map object. There is a file Please login to see this link.

  • On the note of the Tiled Map extensions, the flip tile x/y option doesn't seem to be loading in correctly. I'm new to the extension so I may be missing something, but I can get it to detect there are flipped tiles, they just don't render as flipped.

  • I would like to request the addition of a very useful option. When copying frames from one mfa file to another and the frames from the first file use global values such as A, B, C, and the frames from the second file also use them but with different names, the program could ask whether to copy the values in the frames unchanged, or if the user chooses, create values with matching values under different names in the next available slots and correct them in the code. This would prevent conflicts when moving code and using the same global values without the need for manual correction of the entire code.

  • Since it is possible to include a scene it is easy to do the levels in several scenes and the code in another. it would be very practical to be able to manage scene by scene if by clicking on it in the workspace we open on scene editor or event editor

    You mean a year less 6 months, as the build 295.10 was released in November ;)

    Yes I didn't visit the forum a lot recently, my task list being already full and I've been distracted with various projects / issues, too many people at Clickteam at the moment... And yes a new build will be released in June probably.

    - Possibility to activate/deactive Global Event groups from Frame events
