Just like in 2021, Google Play is requiring all new apps to use the billing library version 5 or newer in order to be published. This is pretty urgent since the deadline is August 2, 2023. After that date, you won't be able to publish any app with version 4.

A few features including Passport are unavailable initially whilst we monitor stability of the new platform, we hope to bring these online very soon. Small issues will crop up following the import from our old system, including some message formatting, translation accuracy and other things.
