Girrafe is using Java 17, so you must point to a java sdk 11.

Your problem is probably because you are targeting 4.4 as minimum build, it should be 5.0 as google entirely killed support for 4.4, meaning some extensions like admob and in-app now need 5.0 minimum
Also make sure your android studio is up to date, because old versions won't do
