Any ideas what I am supposed to do here? Which of the permissions should I click in order to resolve it ?

I am using Admob. In the declaration regarding the advertising ID - I have clicked " YES" -> "Advertising or marketing" - Used to display or target ads or marketing communications, or measure ad performance. For example, displaying ads in your app, sending push notifications to promote other products or services, or sharing data with advertising partners.

What version of fusion is the one related to this issue?

I had those messages too, you just need to click the link, it will opens a new formulary to fill on Google Console if i correctly remember. They appears when you target API 13.

I think Fernando sent me a new Admob object for this (i'm not sure). I have Admob Version 5, what is your admob extension version?
I know that i had the exact same issue and was afraid to loose my revenues, but i got it fixed, no more warning message, so i believe that the Admob extension needs to be updated.

Can you share with us the Admob object Version 5, because I have the same problem for the moment on updating my app! Also, my app is for kids 3-6 years old and I have to declare that my app doesn't use Advertising ID!

Our apps are all designed for Kids and for the moment we can not send any update due to Advertising ID on Play Console where we have to declare our apps that we don't use Advertising ID but even we "Set AdMob child-directed treatment to 1" on Fusion (Build R295.7), Play Console shows an Error that "This release inculdes the com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID permission..."

Any suggestion from you, on how can we fix this issue?

iirc the problem here is that you don't need to set that the application is for children using AdMob, if you are using ads, ergo you will need to set all these plus fill the ad_ID form.

But if your application is for children, and you don't show ads, please don't put AdMob in your project.

I also have app for children with admob, all i had to do was to fill the form Google asked to fill. There's a link in the error message. i'm sorry that i can't help more, because i don't get those messages anymore.

I don't remember honestly, i know that a new form must be filled. That's a new requirement from Google, then i don't remember if i had to update Fusion/Admob or not, i would say yes, but i'm not sure.

A change was made in the AdMob Object to allow user that build an application following children and families policy to complete remove the AD_ID from the project even though keeping the AdMob object in place for other ads. This will be available in the next beta
