Does anyone have the Android OBB tool?
Welcome to our brand new Clickteam Community Hub! We hope you will enjoy using the new features, which we will be further expanding in the coming months.
A few features including Passport are unavailable initially whilst we monitor stability of the new platform, we hope to bring these online very soon. Small issues will crop up following the import from our old system, including some message formatting, translation accuracy and other things.

Are you sure you need it? Is this for updating an existing app?
AFAIK the OBB tool is obsolete, you now have to export AAB files. For big AAB files (larger than 200 Mb iirc) there is a new build type in the Developer version of Fusion 2.5: "Android App Bundle with Expansion".

AAB files allow Google to provide the user with only the files that are required on their devices (for example if it's a 64-bit device the package received by the user won't receive the 32-bit code part). Also IIRC the maximum size allowed by standard AAB files is 200 MB instead of 100 MB for APK files. AAB with Expansion files are organized differently, they allow you to make larger AAB files (not sure if there is a limit).
