When will the clickstore be online again?
Welcome to our brand new Clickteam Community Hub! We hope you will enjoy using the new features, which we will be further expanding in the coming months.
A few features including Passport are unavailable initially whilst we monitor stability of the new platform, we hope to bring these online very soon. Small issues will crop up following the import from our old system, including some message formatting, translation accuracy and other things.

I have just been to the reactor, and I noticed a lot of things have been brought over there. But, there are still a lot of things that are NOT there. So what are they going to do? I hope the clickstore gets back up soon.

The bug box had a "coming back soon" message for the past five years or so. I also remember telling people 7 years ago that Spryke would be ready "soon". It's a very flexible word, our dear old friend "soon"

It was offline for weeks, i asked when it will be available again, and noone responded or seems concerned by the fact it is closed.

I really get bothered by the fact that this issue should not have been a problem for so long. Why has it been offline for weeks? I can understand a week, maybe even three weeks, but all this time? Why?

I send ANOTHER request yesterday didn't hear anything back. I'm sorta glad they won't respond to you either, because i'd feel pretty bummed otherwise.

It's annoying, but I wouldn't worry too much about it. These sort of downtimes with the online side of things are fairly normal for Clickteam. For example, the Clickstore has gone through periods in the past where sellers couldn't update their products for months, or the forum has gone offline for weeks at a time (the bugbox has remained permanently offline since one such period several years ago).
They're currently migrating things to a whole new system, which is why the forums were down for a few weeks earlier this year. They're no doubt tackling the Clickstore next, and since that involves payments and seller accounts, it's probably a more sensitive and complicated job than the forums, so I guess we can expect the delays to continue for a while.

The lack of general communication is probably the most frustrating trait of Clickteam these past (many few) years. I don't even think this is the final look for the forums. I believe Simon is still tweaking it. I'm glad to see people complain about the ClickStore being down! Shows interest!
My one wish is I hope they update the whole site when the ClickStore is finally ready. A complete and shiny new website with a Fusion 3 announcement/news! -
In the past, as a professionnal Webdesigner, i offered to redo their website wich is too old, and they said they had someone to work on it, that was many years ago and the website is still the same old one... That's sad.

Make a new offer! This page need a new attractive skin! Fusion 2.5 is powerful but need a great presentation card. Same happens in the past with another store dedicated to other stuff "Doz 3d" after the new web image... Bang! Now everyone is buying ( I'm stick with the adversary for many other facts) but this is the idea. New image hook new followers.

Ok, then i'll take your word for it. Thank you for explaining it to us. Have they ever made a thread about this to let people know? Do they even have something like a mailing list to let people know?

For sure clickteam could do with a good, strong overhaul. Personally i've never been a fan of steam but luckily they also have a non-steam option. I get that steam is necessary though. Theres a bunch of stuff that would be awesome if it was more integrated, for instance the store with the forum and the ticket system all in one neat package, maybe with a google login or what have you.
Feel free to disagree on that last part, not everyone is a fan of google haha
I'll just wait it out from now, if the person who made the bluetooth object happens to read this though please let me buy it from you, thank you. (or anyone who knows that person, please let them know)
I sincerely need that object.
