Well, hopes that store won't be down for good like the bug box, which still not back online since last maintaince in 2017. Now, for issues, you have to post in release thread and cross your fingers, sometimes developer won't see it or won't see your reply.
And, the forum costs about a month to get back then another month to fix the access denied, don't need to mention it was locked in 2021 or 2020 for update and reopened after one month because the update failed.
So many frustrating examples, as current website maintainer cannot satisfy users and often make services not usable for months, causes disappointment and displeasure, even economy damage and discredit to clickteam, why not just fire him then hire someone more qualified, who at least won't let the important service down for this unacceptable long.
