When will the clickstore be online again?

My positive self would like to believe there is no communication because Clickteam is hard at work on the next phase of the company. F3 & services The forums, Clickstore, website will be tied to F3. I must admit we truly are a patient bunch of users. in 2025 it'll be 12 years! The community (aside from the FNFAF) feels like it's shrinking/has shrunk though.

I want access to what i purchased on the clickstore or a full refund for all assets/extensions i bought because i payed and am unable to use them because clickteam took the download acrhive down for the store

I was lucky to download all of my examples and I have cost myself several thousand kroner in examples. I studied all the products you could buy because I wanted to buy graphics. Here I found fusion here lots of cool graphics. Before they shut down I wanted some old stuff and new! I remember a new plugin called Custom Movement, I can't remember the exact name but I was really excited. There were new plugins to buy. Now I feel that it's all down and it's been about 4-5 months since the last time. Is there anything new here?

The staff member has come back recently, so hopefully ClickStore comes back within next couple months.

At the same time, I wouldn't expect haste with it. It's delicate, because as people have noted money is tied to it; a mistake could mean paid work disappearing, paid work getting smeared by poor presentation, or orders getting mangled with implied money loss, so it's gonna require more care than something without those concerns.

You should setup a special email address to allow people who already own objects from the clickstore to ask for them directly. Could be a temporary solution.

Users are complaining they don't get any response to their support ticket for over a month or more. I was thinking support tickets may be also down.
