ANOTHER WORLD clone - Game setup

I have some question about how to make a clone of "ANOTHER WORLD from Eric Chahi's"

It's not the GFX or sound but to make simular game setup using Fusion?

I gave up on another world game system. I used global values to position my player when I leave the screen. I had many frames to jump to and from and found it very difficult to do.

From then until now, an ordinary platform game. I bought the graphics for this fantasy game.
