How to change profile picture?

Welcome to our brand new Clickteam Community Hub! We hope you will enjoy using the new features, which we will be further expanding in the coming months.

A few features including Passport are unavailable initially whilst we monitor stability of the new platform, we hope to bring these online very soon. Small issues will crop up following the import from our old system, including some message formatting, translation accuracy and other things.

Thank you for your patience whilst we've worked on this and we look forward to more exciting community developments soon!

  • On desktop there should be a button that says "Edit Profile" (either on the top banner, or the big section in the middle that takes up half the screen). On the edit profile screen if you click on your avatar it should take you to a page with the option of uploading a new one. Not sure what it the process is on mobile browser but I imagine it's similar

    I looked but only the "Do not use avatar" option was there. There wasn't any way to change the avatar picture.

    If you don't see this option, then my guess is that it's related to how it doesn't say "Clickteam Product Owner" under your name. You probably need to register your copy of Fusion on the forum using the 'passport' feature (I can't remember how you do that, but it's probably straightforward enough). I've no idea why that should be necessary just to create an avatar, but the forum does have some strange idiosyncracies like that.
