Welcome to our brand new Clickteam Community Hub! We hope you will enjoy using the new features, which we will be further expanding in the coming months.

A few features including Passport are unavailable initially whilst we monitor stability of the new platform, we hope to bring these online very soon. Small issues will crop up following the import from our old system, including some message formatting, translation accuracy and other things.

Thank you for your patience whilst we've worked on this and we look forward to more exciting community developments soon!

  • You have to check antialiasing, and this actually turns antialiasing off, resulting in sharp (non-antialiased) text. It's counter-intuitive, I know.

  • Ultimately, you will probably find you want to use a proper bitmap font for text as the text object and Windows' fonts aren't really good for pixel art games once you start scaling them. Then you m ay find that you want integer scaling for your display, because otherwise on certain resolutions your pixel art is going to look all wonky and stretched out.

There is the "text blitter Object" and "Ultimate Fullscreen" extensions you can download to do those things, however they are both Windows only.

I made my own platform agnostic system for both, which you can check out here if you want to try it out:
