Unable to use debugger

I use the debugger very often.
30 minutes ago I was working on my project and suddenly discovered that the debugger does not have 3 buttons at the bottom and makes the game lag (in an empty application 10 fps).
I tried to restart the computer - did not help.

There are some values in the windows register that have to be reset to the default, if you search here in the forum there is another post with the solution

Debbuger missing buttons

The debugger was missing buttons, you know those buttons in the bottom right corner? They just disappear for some reason. It's annoying to work without those buttons. I need information for some objects.

I reinstalled the app but it's still the same, has anyone had this problem? Thanks in advance
