I wonder if anyone is able to help me as the sales helpdesk do not seem to respond to tickets whatsoever, which has been extremely frustrating.
I work for a secondary school in the UK. I have contacted the educational sales multiple times in the last couple of weeks but there is absolutely no response from them, which is something I experienced with them last year. In actual fact, I haven't had a response from them for over a year now. From what I can tell, this seems to be a one man operation by a person called Simon.
We use ClickTeam Fusion 2.5 Developer but our site license has expired. I am really desperate to get this renewed as it is needed for the ICT Department as part of their courses. This is really impacting student's education at this stage.
Does anyone else have anyway I can get in contact with them/get this renewed? The only way seems to be via the helpdesk which, as I say, is leading to zero response.
I appreciate this isn't quite the correct avenue for this, but I am really desperate now.
