Welcome to our brand new Clickteam Community Hub! We hope you will enjoy using the new features, which we will be further expanding in the coming months.

A few features including Passport are unavailable initially whilst we monitor stability of the new platform, we hope to bring these online very soon. Small issues will crop up following the import from our old system, including some message formatting, translation accuracy and other things.

Thank you for your patience whilst we've worked on this and we look forward to more exciting community developments soon!

  • Hi,

Where does the suggestions for MMF2 go? :/

    I have one, anyway...

I'd like to see some development done on the expression evaluator.

    * I'd like a feature to format large expressions with line breaks and tabular spaces, something like Shift+Enter in MSN Messenger.

    * Also something like intermediate variables would be nifty in the most advanced scenarios.

    * One more thing, if you could add one function like Debug(value, message) to the list of buttons, to make it output to some kind of log window, which would replace all those damned counters I use :/ Maybe this is possible through the Debug window thing that's appeared in the top left?

    like x("My Active") / 180 * Debug(Alterable Value A("My Active"), "Alterable A of Active in formula")

would output "Alterable A of Active in formula" | (the actual value here) to some kind of list box...

    Any ideas?

  • I'd like to see the data in the debugger align to columns if it's stretched out horizontally enough. Sometimes it'd be more workspace-friendly to have the info across the top rather than down the side. It'd also be nice if it'd only display Alterable Values that are actually used, rather than bringing up all 26 of them. Especially if the object is only using 1 or two, and you need to compare them to the values of another 3 objects.

  • Hi,

    * One more thing: an option to (temporarily) DISABLE conditions and actions!

They would of course be colored green and prefixed with // :)

    * Another thing, in event list I want to be able to drag-and-drop an action in the same event holding CTRL to duplicate it, but right now it seems only ctrl-c + ctrl-v works.

    * While toying around a bit with MFF and my son, he found some difficulty in expanding the items in the graphics library because he either needs to double-click them (hard!) or click the small + sign (also hard). It'd be better if one could click it once and it would expand, as in windows explorer.

Also the library has some other accessibility issues. you can navigate with the arrow keys, but pressing enter doesn't do anything on the ".." folder.

The preview window should be docked to the right (?) of the frame and not a popup. I don't like popups - LOL! A double-click should insert the element into the frame editor, if anything.

Also, the individual MFA's should be present in the tree-view of it to ease navigation. or else I can't go to a sublevel folder if I'm already looking at an MFA in that folder or below.

    * Also, the plus-sign for each additional condition in an event should be drawn more clear. Right now it doesn't look like anything.

    Any ideas?

I do agree that that would be a good addition to the software. But I don't really mind (and other users probably don't) simply inserting a "Never" condition into the event to comment out events. :)

But that's how it works already? Holding ctrl while dragging makes a duplicate.

Hehe true, the current "+" looks a bit strange...

  • Hi RayMarble,

As I've experienced, I think, you can drag while holding CTRL to make a duplicate of you action but ONLY TO ANOTHER EVENT. Could anyone confirm this?

I'm not on a computer with MMF2 right now ;(

    Any ideas?

  • Try dragging it (with CTRL held of course) to the number of the event and ... here it is! A nice duplicate.
