Surface Object

Finally. The Surface object now comes with 21 examples - Available for download here:

They cover most aspects of the extensions - From drawing polygons, to fill data, to blitting, to applying convolution matrices...

I don't think I have changed anything in the extension.
I probably won't change much before the release.
Tiles - I haven't forgotten your alpha channel clipboard request... I will have a look at it after the release, I think.

EDIT: Reuploaded, fixed a stupid bug thanks to Andos.

I haven't had the chance to test them all yet but it seems there is not a OpenGL example. If you are open to the idea i was thinking that would be a great thing to go in the Extension Interaction folder. Thanks all the new examples im sure they will be very useful, and thanks again for this extension it is great.

As told, this issue is some kind of a luxus problem. There is no other graphical extension that can deal with alpha channel, and has access to the clipboard. It could become interesting in the future, in case such a extension appears. So no need to hurry

New OpenGL example.
New Tools > Random Color expression.
Started working on the flash port.
Drawing shapes works (Polygons too, but not all actions in the submenu)... you can get & set pixels, add images at runtime.. reverse, rotate, resize. Both transparent colors and alpha channels are supported now. You can create alpha channels at runtime but it might not work properly. Images from the image bank are now read at runtime.

I feel that this object is complete now. Merely the flash port needs work. Do you guys think I can release it like this?

I think it's stable enough as it is. You are likely to still find bugs down the road, but that's the way it goes.

I say release it.

I would keep the incomplete flash part out then though.

I would say yes for the release. You should then just say in the release post that the flash part of it is still in beta and to post in this/other thread etc if people find bugs.

Looki, major bug in the event editor. The action "Blit -> From the Surface -> External -> Active Object" freezes the MMF2 event editor.
