This version adds the last major feature, Groups. This is now a release build so it should run much faster than earlier builds.
Integrated Path Planning Object (T0) Version 0.3
Welcome to our brand new Clickteam Community Hub! We hope you will enjoy using the new features, which we will be further expanding in the coming months.
A few features including Passport are unavailable initially whilst we monitor stability of the new platform, we hope to bring these online very soon. Small issues will crop up following the import from our old system, including some message formatting, translation accuracy and other things.
Thank you for your patience whilst we've worked on this and we look forward to more exciting community developments soon!

Here is version 0.3.1. We now have custom transitions. I didn't expect I would implement this, but I felt it was time to add some spices to the object.
This is a pretty advanced feature that allows you to define how your objects can move (transitions in this object do not refer to shortcuts or jumps, but rather available moves at each step). This may not make much sense to some people, so I'm attaching an example to show what is now possible with this feature.
-
That's quite a jump from 900kb to 100kb
-
That's typical when moving from "Debug" builds to "Release" I think the object has reached a stable state now.
All known bugs have been fixed so I have no bugs to fix anymore.
-
It has Dev-only Char Image extension, cannot test
-
Alright, here's the example without the Char Image object.

Very very nice.. my next question... can you convert this to java-for-mobile ?
-
There are no plans for Java at this time. I haven't even looked at the Java SDK. It can certainly be done, but will require a lot of work and time which I doubt would be well spent on this, after all who will want to pathfind in huge maps on a mobile app?
There are limited plans/hopes for a Flash version though, as that's apparently more in demand and may potentially have a good need for this object.
In all circumstances, I will look into porting it after it's released and well tested, since fixing bugs in more than one place in different languages is tedious and the code will be prone to get out of sync.
-
So, no bug reports at all? Everything works perfectly for everybody?
-
How does the first frame's example work?
Chessboard seems to be working perfectly. -
i'm testing the extension.. wait a littlebit please ...
-
The first frame is just a bunch of random experiments, you can safely ignore it. But basically you right click somewhere to set a target, then press the "A" button to have the units jump from one node to the next.
I have mostly tested my own examples, so I don't expect much bugs in them (except those related to old code that I leave behind as I update the object). I'm mostly interested in bugs in using the object in other scenarios.
