This object is a replacement for the Zip Object. I have re-written this object four times, trying to make it as easy to use as possible.

It comes with some examples on how to access files from an archive, and how to create your own archive with multiple files.

I can't install it, I got the following message:
"...has not been totally installed because of the following reason:
Product not installed, please install it before running this program."

Crian: I don't know if it will work if you don't have MMF2 installed. You should be able to install extensions for Fusion 2.5 using the Please login to see this link. but it sounds as if it may not have been added yet. If it has not been added then in the first instance you could try contacting the author.

Sadly it's not added yet to the Extension Manager but it's a great and essential object.

But I had no problems to install it to the MMF2 folder and also Fusion 2.5 folder with the installer. (Win7 64 Bit)

I cant use the installer to install this object and I really need it to open one of my old projects... anyone has the actual .mfx file for download?

No, it's Windows only.

man that sucks... Making a mutli-platform game gets harder and harder when extensions aren't avail for all the exporters...

this extention look nice, but too old. Install don't find Fusion 2.5 DEV (Windows 8.1)

There is an updated version in the works that will work with 2.5. It will be added to the Extension Manager when done.

You know how hard it is to port an extension to multiple runtimes? There's also the fact that I'm not sure it's possible to port to HTML5 due to file access limits. Possibly the same for anything except for Windows.

If you just want to open the file just copy an extension and rename it the extension name.

You have to delete the object from the application once you open it - going to the event editor or running the application will crash it, the point is just to be able to open the application.
