Using MMF2 Flash Runtime

Welcome to our brand new Clickteam Community Hub! We hope you will enjoy using the new features, which we will be further expanding in the coming months.

A few features including Passport are unavailable initially whilst we monitor stability of the new platform, we hope to bring these online very soon. Small issues will crop up following the import from our old system, including some message formatting, translation accuracy and other things.

Thank you for your patience whilst we've worked on this and we look forward to more exciting community developments soon!

  • Is there a page on how to use the SWF Runtime? I just purchased it and not sure how to get started with it. Ive installed it, added my registration code. Do I just make a game as normal and its already integrated into MMF2?

    Thank you!

Yes, just select the SWF build type from the project properties.

I recommend that you do this before you do anything else as it will ensure that only SWF objects and extensions are available during development.

  • I also recommend to launch the MMF help and read the SWF-related stuff in the "Distributing your application" section. It explains some differences between standard and Flash apps.

Additionally, select the Flash/Mochi objects in the Frame Editor and check their help file.
