I'm really late on this, but just for the record, I never posted the announced news on Sound Generator. For those who don't know, the object has been released as part of KlikDisc. You can buy an issue here Please login to see this link. - it has lots of cool stuff so check it out, especially if you're interested in this extension

The Sound Player extension does not play the sound file in ccn (by sub-app).

Run the set volume 1 and channel 0 of the play with parameters action.
However, volume of channel 0 was affected by set other channel volume event. -
Hi,
I'm not sure what you mean. Sound Player is just a "wrapper" for MMF's own sound functionality - they share the sound channels, that's the whole point of the extension - it's not a separate audio player, it just adds functionality to the existing one.
Edit: Oh, maybe you're talking about the channel indices... have a look at the description of the channel parameter: "(1-32, 0: Free channel)" that means that when you enter 0, it will use the *first free* channel. In this case, channel 1!

You said mean channel 0 of the sound player extension will search the empty channel?

There is no channel 0. If you use 0 for the channel parameter it searches for an unused channel.

Ignored the repeat count, Playback with parameters -> Play and loop. -

BUG?
Sound of free channel does not played if play the free channel and specific channel at same time. -
This is not a bug; it selects channel 1 as the free channel to play on, then you play a different sound on channel 1 before the sound can actually play.

The sound not played with this object if the sound was chossed "Load on call" and "Play from disk" option in the Data elements.

Looki, I have problem in my game related this object doesn't work play sounds over frame problem.
Can you fix that? -
You mean when changing the frame? Sorry, I'm not sure what to do about that... MMF does some secret magic internally to make that work!

Oh, sorry, I didn't see it at first! Yeah, that's what I presumed. Sorry I'm not sure how to implement this using MMF's sound player. I would have to contact Yves but I feel bad every time I do that because he's a busy man
