Sponsor's Preloaders & Splash Screens

Here is a simple preloader from Startonlinegames dot com and flash game nexus
hope to post more in the future.

How come these preloaders are MFA's and not extensions like the built in Mochi Extensions?
Anyone working on Mindjolt stuff (for facebook)?

Because in some cases you don't have to use the API provided to make a preloader.

I'm not too familiar with Flash yet, but if I upload two fla files will someone be able to make them into MFA files? One of them is the preloader, and the other is labeled button, but won't load in my Flash CS3. Looking at the file contents it seems it was created in Flash CS4 Proffessional.

Remaking a (sponsor's) preloader can be very time consuming. And it increases the filesize a lot more then if we could just use the flash files .

I don't have the time to do this for you, but I do have CS4. So if you want you could upload the files somewhere and I'll resave them to CS3.

Just to tease people a little bit, I was trying to help Jacob out, and stumbled upon an idea for preloaders that solved his problem and everyone else's too. I created an extension that allows you to use any preloader, and can be embedded inside your application. I will be adding some more interactive stuff to it before I release it, but I thought I might mention it.
