problem when opening a vitalized page in chrome

Welcome to our brand new Clickteam Community Hub! We hope you will enjoy using the new features, which we will be further expanding in the coming months.

A few features including Passport are unavailable initially whilst we monitor stability of the new platform, we hope to bring these online very soon. Small issues will crop up following the import from our old system, including some message formatting, translation accuracy and other things.

Thank you for your patience whilst we've worked on this and we look forward to more exciting community developments soon!

  • Hello ,
I don't know if this has been reported before , but it seems that chrome browser version 12.0.742.122 doesn't handle vitalized pages.

I have just tried a an educational test I made a while ago.
I used the V-code generator to add the html part to my web page which is here : Please login to see this link.

In IE 9, it works fine , IE asks me to install the plugin , and then I even get an update for vitalize before the test appears correctly.

But in Chrome, I only get a blank frame with the message :
"no plugin available to display this content."

  • Hello ,

I found a simple workaround to make vitalized apps work in chrome :
simply go to Please login to see this link.

    download and install the plugin.
When first using it you may need to refresh your page to get it to work.

I then got the "do yo uwant to update " message but it worked...
It's not automatic, but it works :)

suggestion to Yves ( if he has time ) : maybe add a line of code to the html part so it retrieves the plugin automatically.
