Having difficulty getting a sound toggle button working

Welcome to our brand new Clickteam Community Hub! We hope you will enjoy using the new features, which we will be further expanding in the coming months.

A few features including Passport are unavailable initially whilst we monitor stability of the new platform, we hope to bring these online very soon. Small issues will crop up following the import from our old system, including some message formatting, translation accuracy and other things.

Thank you for your patience whilst we've worked on this and we look forward to more exciting community developments soon!

  • So, I had this problem a while ago.. Sure, you can change it in the options menu or ctrl + s, but I'd like a simpler method for the user who is unfamiliar with mmf2. I guess i could always just write in text: press "s" or "press fire key to toggle sound on or off" but i thought a simple clickable button that checks/unchecks it automatically would be best but I just can't get it to uncheck despite programming it to do so :/ anyone else have this issue? If yes - how did you solve it? thanks

  • Old thread I know but the link is dead now and can't seem to find another example file anywhere. If anyone sees this would they mind quickly making an example file of a volume button which you can toggle, changes the icon when toggled, and is always visible?

    Thanks in advance
