Splitting big images into smaller ones

Welcome to our brand new Clickteam Community Hub! We hope you will enjoy using the new features, which we will be further expanding in the coming months.

A few features including Passport are unavailable initially whilst we monitor stability of the new platform, we hope to bring these online very soon. Small issues will crop up following the import from our old system, including some message formatting, translation accuracy and other things.

    Basically, my dilemma is that I have a handful of images that are 4000px + wide and flash only handles ~2800px.

    I've already gone through a few manually... just wondering if there was a more automated way of perhaps, splitting the sprites?

    Well, I want to make a distinction that I don't /need/ them that big. It's just the size they happen to be. (They are backdrops and platforms as one large entity). I can do it manually, it's just tedious and I wanted to ensure there wasn't a more efficient solution.
