Beta 2 after build 254

Welcome to our brand new Clickteam Community Hub! We hope you will enjoy using the new features, which we will be further expanding in the coming months.

A few features including Passport are unavailable initially whilst we monitor stability of the new platform, we hope to bring these online very soon. Small issues will crop up following the import from our old system, including some message formatting, translation accuracy and other things.

Thank you for your patience whilst we've worked on this and we look forward to more exciting community developments soon!

Bug fixes and new features in Beta 2

    - PC runtime : applications that contain objects without Data/Runtime MFX file could crash when you ran them from MMF2.
    - PC runtime : various issues when objects were missing from the Data/Runtime folder when you run applications from MMF2 or when you save them as stand-alone applications.
    - Flash : sometimes animations didn't end properly during lag/low framerate scenarios causing problems in games relying on the current animation frame.
    - Flash / Active Object : the Blend Coefficient property had no effect on the semi-transparency value

Bug fixes and new features in Beta 1

    - Non-PC runtimes (including SWF) : the collision detection is now faster.
    - Non-PC runtimes (including SWF) : sometimes the active object kept its previous animation direction.
    - All runtimes (including SWF) : set animation speed had no effect for objects with static movements.
    - Non-PC runtimes / Drag & Drop movement (including SWF) : sometimes the object was not selected when you clicked on it.

  • Thanks for the update.

Even though it's not much of a problem one thing i keep doing is setting the flash version higher to a value of 11 etc each time i make a new project however i sometimes forget and get a error when testing/building. If possible though it would be quite useful if there was a way to set a default for this in the main options so each time you made a new project it used that so if you always wanted 11 it would just start at that instead. Hopefully you like this suggestion.
