Reinstall exporter?

Welcome to our brand new Clickteam Community Hub! We hope you will enjoy using the new features, which we will be further expanding in the coming months.

A few features including Passport are unavailable initially whilst we monitor stability of the new platform, we hope to bring these online very soon. Small issues will crop up following the import from our old system, including some message formatting, translation accuracy and other things.

    I purchased the iOS exporter a while ago, only getting the download version. After switching computers, I'm not sure how to reinstall the export module. I still have my registration code, Is there any way to get it back?

    If you put in your serial numbers on the forums here you would get access to the Owners lounges for your products.
    In there you can get downloads, beta versions and beta extensions.

    If you don't want to do that you could log into your account on the store or try the link from your invoice.
    If you forgot all that you would need to use the contact us page on the website, provide as much info as you can (name, address what you purchase, when) and we could look up your order and send you the information.

    Its always good when you purchase download software to put the installers someplace safe (along with the registration information) so you have it without delay when you need it again.
