Hi
Here is my 2nd game Called Pablo's Fruit.Actually in mode Play test
Pablo's Fruit is an arcade adventure game.
To play:
On each levels,take all fruit and go to exit.There are some monsters who prevent to collect fruit.
When take all fruit.Counter fruit will flashing.It prevent to go to exit.Paly over 20 levels.

Finally all done..Game returned in Play Test mode for 1 week..After this it will returned to in Review..Now need tester...

... You ripped the main sprite from a game called Charlie J Cool for the Amiga.

You might want to fix that problem with the sprite.

This game is somewhat similar to your other game you have in progress for the xbox.

Over all it looks nice and plays good but its just missing some sort of excitement factor... I just can't exactly explain what.
If I can find sometime to express better ideas to make it better I will post them up.

But you still ripped it. Tweaking a small aspect (his hair) doesn't change that fact. You're going to use a graphic from another commercial game to be used in your own game, which would be sold on Xbox Live. All your work needs to be completely original if you don't want to risk legal action against you.

I strongly advise you change the graphic (and anything else taken or modified). If I've noticed it, others will as well, and by then it might be too late for you to avoid any legalities.

my games was rejected because he did not have much review(83% progress).If your game does not have much review for 1 month, it is rejected automatically.
