JoyStick position and touch area mismatch

Welcome to our brand new Clickteam Community Hub! We hope you will enjoy using the new features, which we will be further expanding in the coming months.

A few features including Passport are unavailable initially whilst we monitor stability of the new platform, we hope to bring these online very soon. Small issues will crop up following the import from our old system, including some message formatting, translation accuracy and other things.

Thank you for your patience whilst we've worked on this and we look forward to more exciting community developments soon!

  • In the attached mfa, the joystick appears in the bottom left. You have to touch it to be able to drag the joystick position but as soon as you do the reported position is not correct. While holding the joystick the touch zone is above by about 50 or so pixels.

Testing on a Nexus 7, I've set the screen resolution to exactly half size (although the button bar at the bottom appears to take up some of that space - switching status bar seems to pop it back in). I've also set the app to resize the window so it stretches the window up to the Nexus 7's screen resolution and I think it is this (and possibly the Nexus button bar at the bottom) that is causing the joystick positioning problem.

  • Just so you know, Please login to see this link.. Please login to see this link..

My Please login to see this link. (which I actually use), my Please login to see this link. (which I mostly don't use), and my Please login to see this link. (which I don't use anymore pretty much at all really). If there are awards for "'highest number of long forum posts", then I'd have probably won at least 1 by now. XD

  • Yeah. I reported this too. Waiting for it to be sorted to continue as it really is impacting on the project I'm testing with.
