I found a bug on Beta 256 6 which is if you are running the app, and the video is playing, then you close the app pressing the home button, then relaunch your app, the video freezes and you can't play the game anymore.
Beta 256 6: Video playing and app closing
Welcome to our brand new Clickteam Community Hub! We hope you will enjoy using the new features, which we will be further expanding in the coming months.
A few features including Passport are unavailable initially whilst we monitor stability of the new platform, we hope to bring these online very soon. Small issues will crop up following the import from our old system, including some message formatting, translation accuracy and other things.
Thank you for your patience whilst we've worked on this and we look forward to more exciting community developments soon!

Also, if I have it so when you double tap the video, it skips the frame, sometimes it work, and sometimes I have to tap 10 times for it to go away...
-
Actually on the post above, I was able to do a workaround adding a skip button, which surprisingly the iOS button stays on top of the videos...woohooo.

Renatos,
I suggest you provide Clickteam and the community with sample apps illustrating the bugs you detected? -
It's simple...make a video play fullscreen. While it is playing, close the app using the home button, return to the app. The video will no longer play nor respond. I added a skip button, that responds to this issue, so it is a workaround for now.
-
Renatos I tried and the video is for, but if you have an instruction to move from screen by touching it continues with the next frame. Clear yes leave the video finish to continue with the game, these problems as you say.
-
I cannot reproduce this after several attempts with different videos (like these: Please login to see this link. )
The touch input works both fine on the app overlay and with active objects I have on the frame. -
Hi Andos,
Yes it works. What wasn't working, is that IF you have an action like "user clicks on video object -> go to next frame"...THAT won't work. But if you have a user has done a new touch or something like that general not on the video object, then it works.

I can't reproduce that part (you don't mention tapping the video to jump to the next frame there).
I will try the "video tapping -> next frame" problem. I'm quite sure I fixed a similar bug a while ago, maybe it is related.

I still cannot reproduce.
I tried this:
- Play 'sample_iTunes.mov' in fullscreen at start of frame.
- On touch input: next frame
- Next frame contains an object always set to XMouse,YMouse
Works perfectly here- Play 'sample_iTunes.mov' in fullscreen at start of frame.
- Press home button
- Open up app again
The video was paused but otherwise left off where where it stopped.
Touch input in the video controls worked fine.
Touch input on the video (to go to next frame) worked fine and the touch input in the next frame worked fine.It would be great with an example file of this with clear instructions on how to reproduce it.
Chances are that we are still doing something different.
