I am not sure what you mean but most of the examples for ios will work fine on android. We used them alot in beta testing.
But for you to compile them you would need the exporter. If you like to one you want me to compile so you can run it on your device post the link to it.
Foyzul, Accelerometer and alike are supported and work fine in Android... You'd be hard pressed to find something that works in iOS that doesn't with Android. It should be almost an instant port (bar extensions)!
