Windows 8 Ultrabook - Location and Accelerometer Objects

Welcome to our brand new Clickteam Community Hub! We hope you will enjoy using the new features, which we will be further expanding in the coming months.

A few features including Passport are unavailable initially whilst we monitor stability of the new platform, we hope to bring these online very soon. Small issues will crop up following the import from our old system, including some message formatting, translation accuracy and other things.

    Do the Location and Accelerometer Objects only work with iOS and Android devices?

    I have access to a Windows 8 Ultrabook (touch) with GPS, Accelerometer and other sensors, I do not seem to be able to retrieve any data from them.

    Made simple mfa, reading and displaying the values, just gives zero values.

    NB. The Multiple Touch Object is working.

    I have no experience with the Windows 8 Ultrabook but I doubt the iOS and Android objects would work with the Windows 8 sensors as they are made for iOS and Android. You would need MMF specific objects to work with the Windows 8 version, that's why you're just getting zeros.
