Welcome to our brand new Clickteam Community Hub! We hope you will enjoy using the new features, which we will be further expanding in the coming months.

A few features including Passport are unavailable initially whilst we monitor stability of the new platform, we hope to bring these online very soon. Small issues will crop up following the import from our old system, including some message formatting, translation accuracy and other things.

Thank you for your patience whilst we've worked on this and we look forward to more exciting community developments soon!

  • hello,

Not as play video in Android without leaving the application.

I've tried with "Web View Object" and not get it.

Is there any way to do this?

    An example?

    Thank you!

  • I don't know what you mean. Maybe you could speak in your native language, so that someone who knows your native language can help you?

My Please login to see this link. (which I actually use), my Please login to see this link. (which I mostly don't use), and my Please login to see this link. (which I don't use anymore pretty much at all really). If there are awards for "'highest number of long forum posts", then I'd have probably won at least 1 by now. XD

  • Sorry for my English :)

I can not display video on Android Exporter, have any example?

    Spanish:

He intentado reproducir vídeo a través de la extensión para Android Exporter "Web View Object" pero no he conseguido hacerlo.
¿hay algún método alternativo? o algún ejemplo?

    Gracias!

  • You could try importing a AVI file into an active object, though it might not be the most optimal option...

  • Actually you have only one way for play video in Android, with "Webview Object" playing a online video from a html file.

  • I'm using "Webview" and is working fine for play online videos. I have tested with embebed youtube vídeos in html. Have some bug but is working. You need to use the lastest version "Webview2 v1.2" Please login to see this link.

  • Hi/Hola,

Here find an example using the webview object displaying a video using html5 commands.

Flash is limited after version 3.0 and in many devices are not installed so the best way is to go to html5.

Just to point something important here, is that the webview object runs html5, so you may use the features that comes from it.

if you see the example "Web Testing HTML5 Android" the frist two page demonstrate the feature available in your device the possibility to run a html5 after that flash )play with the combobox to see how the answer changes

  • FVivolo Thanks, but I tried your example in android 2.3 (LG) and by 4.1.2 (Samsung) and does not work.

I think missing drivers or something similar in the devices.

Not too sure to create a APP with this form, possibly many people I can not see the videos.

I think I'll just have to wait for Francois.

Thank you very much to all!
