Welcome to our brand new Clickteam Community Hub! We hope you will enjoy using the new features, which we will be further expanding in the coming months.

A few features including Passport are unavailable initially whilst we monitor stability of the new platform, we hope to bring these online very soon. Small issues will crop up following the import from our old system, including some message formatting, translation accuracy and other things.

Thank you for your patience whilst we've worked on this and we look forward to more exciting community developments soon!

  • Hi ClickTeam.

I was a past user of Klick, TGF and MMF, although it was a long time ago and i've since lost my serial numbers. I want to upgrade to MMF2 Dev, but I would like to know if I qualify for an upgrade discount.

Would it be possible for someone to look up my past purchases?

You do, indeed, qualify for a discount if you actually have those products. You'll need your serial number(s), though. I'm not sure if they will give you a bigger discount for having more than 1 old product, either. This is where you go for upgrade requests, by the way: Please login to see this link.

(which I don't use anymore pretty much at all really). If there are awards for "'highest number of long forum posts", then I'd have probably won at least 1 by now. XD

  • happygreenfrog. The forum member wrote they do not have the serial numbers and needs help from Clickteam to get them. After he gets them from Clickteam, then he can use your link.

  • Oh, I missed that part. Yeah, that other link will help you contact Please login to see this link..

While you wait for the issue to get sorted out, how about you try the Please login to see this link.? It will let you make and export flash games, albeit only ones that work on NewGrounds. I heard something about it being expired, but I'm not sure.

  • Cool, I've contacted them.. Hopefully they will be able to find my serial number...

Yeah I've tried both TGF 2 and MMF 2. I'm wanting to upgrade to MMF2 Dev, but after conversion rates are applied from EURO, MMF 2 Dev is going to cost be over $580 Australian Dollars...

Any chance someone is wanting to sell their copy?

  • Well, you could start with MMF2 standard, and then you can upgrade from MMF2 to MMF2 DEV for a discount (the discount is approximately the price of MMF2 being taken off of the price of MMF2 DEV)

  • They answered me in 1-2 days i think.

I had TGF1 and the discount was 10 euros...

Too bad i couldn't recover my Serial number and also too bad the discount was so low. But ok i understand...

I suggest you buy MMF2 and if you REALLY want to use the extra possibilities of MMF2 DEV, upgrate. I think it is a simple subtraction of the price.

  • Managed to buy MMF 2 Dev (Academic)... Didn't even realise this was on offer, so I was able to purchase it with my student ID card. I'll still get ClickTeam to hunt down my serial numbers for my other products though.
