Welcome to our brand new Clickteam Community Hub! We hope you will enjoy using the new features, which we will be further expanding in the coming months.

A few features including Passport are unavailable initially whilst we monitor stability of the new platform, we hope to bring these online very soon. Small issues will crop up following the import from our old system, including some message formatting, translation accuracy and other things.

Thank you for your patience whilst we've worked on this and we look forward to more exciting community developments soon!

  • I was using a demo of The Games Factory 2 at camp, and it allowed me to insert an "Or" operator in between sets of triggers. However, my Dev version of Multimedia Fusion 2 purchased two years ago does not have that feature. When I opened it, it asked if I would install and update, which I did, but I still have no idea where it is.

    Where do I get that?

  • If you right click on a trigger, there should be "OR operator (logical)" and "OR operator (filtered)" on the drop down menu. It will place the operator below the event you're clicking on. Is it different for you?

  • what's the difference between the logical and filtered or's?

Difference Between OR (filtered) and OR (logical):
    Event -
    Character is overlapping Treasure
    OR (logical)
    Character is overlapping Gold
    OR (logical)
    Character is overlapping Coins

    Actions
    Destroy Treasure
    Destroy Gold
    Destroy Coins

A result is that if any of the conditions are met, all objects will be destroyed.
If you use OR(filtered) instead of OR(logical) in the example then only the objects specifically involved in the trigger will be affected.
