I posted the samething on the OUYA forums
here are some of the keyboard keys I have matched to the OUYA buttons.
The 4 Arrow keys = D-pad and Right Thumb Stick.
Enter = O
CTRL = O
SHIFT = O
BackSpace = A
I haven't found more.
The A button seems to activate and it cannot be stopped. So it might be a good idea to use it only to exit the game.
Hopefully the next update will fix the Ouya controller.
My advice is that if you have a simple game you want to release for OUYA you can do it using the buttons Available.
